Description

Winemaker Note: This wine has a golden colour with greenish highlights, becoming more intense with age. The nose is subtle and powerful, mineral with aromatic nuances (lime, almond). Body and bouquet blend into a subtle harmony. It combines grace with a well-defined character and a remarkable concentration. It can be stocked about 6-8 year and up to 15 years for strong vintages.

The Winery

The Domaine's journey began with a devastating loss in 1983 when the three siblings suddenly lost their father. They took over the vineyard and approached winemaking with passion. With over 9 hectares of vineyard in Beaune, including Batard Montarchet, they honor the tradition of winemaking as a cherished inheritance. They craft wines distinguished by their precision by exercising minimal control in the vineyard and embracing traditional Burgundian methods.
