ALABAT was born from Simon Vignau's ambition to revitalize the oldest French spirit. Inspired by the story of his great-grandfather Abel Labat, a respected Armagnac producer, Simon founded ALABAT to reconnect with this family heritage and bring a bright and contemporary vision to Armagnac.
