A rarity in Burgundy, the estate owns three exceptional Clos monopoles: Clos des Corvées (Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru), Clos des Varoilles (Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru) and the mythical Clos Goillotte in Vosne-Romanée — the former private vineyard of the Prince of Conti.
The philosophy is radical: "A wine must be the pure reflection of its terroir, without artifice." Biodynamics, whole clusters, no added sulphur, no fining or filtration.
