Having stood firm on Jordan's Man Street for four years, Homy advocates supporting local vendors and uses fresh local ingredients to craft international tapas dishes that pair perfectly with wine. All dishes are personally prepared by the chef-owner and champion sommelier, Eric Kwok. The signature Roasted "San Huang" Chicken and a selection of over a hundred curated wines take center stage.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 24 guests, making it ideal for private parties. The venue is equipped with a 72-inch large TV and a sound system for bookings. Furthermore, we can customize multi-national dishes, such as Chinese-style seafood, to match different client needs and capitalize on seasonal ingredients.

Homy Signature Roasted "San Huang" Chicken
This dish uses fresh "San Huang" chicken from local farms, marinated for at least 24 hours with a secret house blend of spices. It is then roasted at varying temperatures and air speeds to achieve crispy skin, succulent and tender meat, resulting in a juicy, aromatic delight.

Fresh "San Huang" Chicken Liver Parfait
Chicken livers are slow-cooked and blended with a creamy mixture of herbs and seasonings. The result is an exquisitely smooth and velvety parfait with a rich, aromatic chicken liver fragrance.

Clams in Chicken Broth & Shaoxing Wine
This dish features large, fresh local clams cooked in a rich, house-made chicken broth simmered for hours, enhanced with Shaoxing wine. Served with premium local tofu puffs, it is sweet, flavorful, and highlights the quality of our fresh ingredients.
