The Winery

Philippe Pacalet, a celebrated winemaker in Burgundy, honed his craft under the guidance of his uncle, Marcel Lapierre, a pioneer in natural winemaking and worked for Domaine Prieure Roch for 10 years. Known for his minimal intervention approach, Pacalet produces elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that capture the essence of their terroir. His commitment to organic practices and traditional methods results in wines of purity and complexity, distinguishing his winery in the region.

Decadent and mineral-driven, this Meursault possesses all of the attributes of a refined wine with a beautiful depth. The noses offers a pretty reduction as it ages, abundant with notes of roasted hazelnuts and hints of peppermint, verbena and lemon.
