Tasting Note: This vibrant Jura red blend offers juicy red berry and cherry fruit with a spicy, earthy edge, while the layered maceration techniques (ranging from direct press to 7-month skin contact) create a wonderfully textured, silky mouthfeel with fine tannins and a refreshing, lingering finish.

Harverst: Manual picking – 20kg boxes
Vinification: 7 weeks maceration
Alcohic Fermentation: dry, under 2g
Fermentation: Indigenous yeasts – low temperature ( under 20°C )
