Tasting Note: Thomas indicated that this had just been bottled and not surprisingly, there are notes of unabsorbed sulfur and reduction. More interesting are the dense but highly energetic, tautly muscular and mineral-driven middleweight plus flavors that flash excellent power on the compact, serious and built-to-age finale. Latour has a justly deserved reputation for this wine and the 2021 version should only add to it.
