Winemaker Note: The Bourgogne Chardonnay is a still, dry, white wine with fruit aromas (lychee, pear). As a result of the perfect location, the sugar content can reach a high level whilst maintaining a balance of fruit and acidity. It is rapidly available for a tasting. Produced in the commune of Puligny-Montrachet, our Chardonnay is a very fine representative of the grape, noble and straight.


The Winery
The Domaine's journey began with a devastating loss in 1983 when the three siblings suddenly lost their father. They took over the vineyard and approached winemaking with passion. With over 9 hectares of vineyard in Beaune, including Batard Montarchet, they honor the tradition of winemaking as a cherished inheritance. They craft wines distinguished by their precision by exercising minimal control in the vineyard and embracing traditional Burgundian methods.
