Tasting Note: Here too there is enough wood to merit pointing out surrounding the bright and ripe aromas of both red and dark cherry, floral, warm earth and subtle spice nuances. I very much like the sense of underlying tension suffusing the lightly stony middle weight flavors that conclude in a dusty, youthfully austere and bitter pit fruit-inflected finale. This too is quite firm and a wine that will need at least a modicum of patience.
