The Winery
Maison Camille Giroud, established in 1865, maintains a balanced, elegant style. Since 2016, winemaker Carel Voorhuis has subtly refined the approach, emphasizing whole-cluster fermentation and minimal sulfur use, prioritizing aromatic complexity and softer tannins over a "vin nature" style. The négociant's history reflects a gradual shift from buying wine to sourcing grapes, building long-term grower relationships while maintaining quality standards.
