Tasting Note: Made exclusively from grapes grown on carefully selected plots in the Val do Salnés, hand-picked through a rigorous and careful process that guarantees the purity and traditional character of the wines from this region. An attractive bouquet of lime, green apple and a hint of sea salt. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with a bright finish of lime zest and apple.

•    Xandomel - a family winery in Cambados, Rías Baixas, now in its third generation.
•    Flagship single-vineyard Albariño, eight months on fine lees in stainless steel, made by winemaker Luciano Amoedo. 
•    It is listed at Andō and at Shangri-La Kowloon in HK and Côte by Mauro Colagreco at Four Seasons Bangkok.
•    Each bottle carries a unique piece of art hand-painted by Rhed (Rocco Ritchie, son of singer Madonna & director Guy Ritchie).
