Tasting Note:The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain, a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec and 1% Merlot, is deep garnet-purple colored with an earthy/savory nose of chargrilled meat and underbrush with a core of cassis and warm plums. Full and firm in the mouth with chewy tannins and a refreshing acid line, it finishes a little rustic.
