Tasting Note: The 2019 The Paringa Shiraz is a completely different beast to the regular Shiraz. This is supple, with an unbroken flow of red fruit in the mouth. Delicious. It has persistent tannins that feel finely milled, and overall, this feels the picture of mid-weight elegance.
