Tasting Note: The 2021 Nittardi Nectar Dei is a concentrated and complex Super Tuscan blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Syrah, offering aromas of ripe black fruit, vanilla, tobacco, and pink pepper, with a full, persistent finish . Rich and deep ruby violet in color, the palate shows firm, dense tannins with juicy fruit and very good tension, though some tasters note a slightly green or rough edge on the finish.
