Tasting Note: Pale and vibrant, this Jura red offers bright red berry fruit (cherry, raspberry) with delicate floral and spicy undertones, lifted by a subtle savory, mineral edge. The palate is light-bodied, silky, and refreshingly crisp, with fine tannins and a dry, juicy finish that makes it dangerously drinkable.

Vinification: 20% full bunches maceration – 70% destemmed maceration (2 month) - 10% pressed
Alcohic Fermentation: dry, under 2g
Fermentation: Indigenous yeasts – low temperature ( under 20°C )
