We are honored to welcome Laurence Féraud, the visionary owner and winemaker behind the legendary Domaine du Pégau, for an exclusive wine-pairing dinner.
About Laurence Féraud & Domaine du Pégau: Trained in viticulture and oenology, Laurence joined her father Paul in 1987 to establish Domaine du Pégau as an independent estate. Under her leadership, Pégau has risen to become one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s most iconic producers. Renowned for her commitment to traditional, low-intervention winemaking—including whole-bunch fermentation and aging in large neutral foudres—Laurence crafts wines of extraordinary structure, concentration, and aging potential that have earned multiple 100-point ratings from top wine critics.
Our 6-course menu has been specially crafted to complement six featured wines from Pégau and Selection Laurence Féraud, pairing classic Rhône whites and rich reds with fresh Gillardeau No.1 oysters, Ibérico Pork, and Australian M5 Wagyu Sirloin.
