Tasting Note: This 1981 bottle is pale gold with amber rim. Aromas of dried citrus peel, flint, toasted almond, honey, sea‑spray and saline minerality. Dry on the palate, with bright, lively lemony acidity, stone mineral, subtle umami, savoury nuttiness and honeyed tertiary notes. Medium‑bodied, delicate texture, clean and long saline‑mineral finish. Mature, elegant, well‑balanced with retained freshness and terroir‑driven character.
