Description

Tasting Note: An overtly spicy and pure nose is comprised by cool notes of green apple, citrus zest, acacia blossom and mineral reduction. The middleweight flavors are not quite as concentrated as those of the Vergers, but they are still quite powerful on the almost painfully intense, mineral-driven and moderately austere finale. This firm and compact effort is quite backward and one that makes clear that it's going to need at least some patience. This beauty is excellent with the development potential to match.
