Tasting Note: Paillard’s NV Extra-Brut Première Cuvée Rosé exhibits aromas of peaches, wild strawberries, Griotte cherries and spices. Medium to full-bodied, bright and tensile, it’s concentrated and incisive. It concludes with a bright, long and penetrating finish.

The Winery

Champagne Bruno Paillard is an independent Champagne house located in Reims. The estate was founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard, a Reims native from a lineage of Champagne brokers and growers dating back to 1704. In 1983, Bruno Paillard was the first Champagne house to display the disgorgement date on every bottle of Champagne.
