Tasting Note: A subtle if still easily perceptible dollop of wood can be found on the spicier nose that blends red and blue pinot fruit with a floral top note. There is slightly better volume to the round and rich medium weight flavors that possess just a bit more verve that also suffuses the acceptably long finish where a touch of asperity slowly emerges.
