商品描述

Winemaker Note: The whole grapes are pressed and cold-set for approximately 24 hours. The clear must is fermented in oak barrels previously used for several wines to preserve its purity and minerality. The resulting wine is aged on lees for 12 months before bottling. You can enjoy this wine with shellfish, grilled fish, game, and poultry. This wine also pairs very well with hard cheeses such as Comté or Mimolette.
