Tasting Note: A rich, Christmassy dram. Matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in sherry casks (often oloroso). The nose is full of orange marmalade, chocolate, and spices. The palate is luxuriously smooth, featuring Seville oranges, crushed almonds, cinnamon, and rich toffee. The finish is long, sweet, and nutty.
