Tasting Note: This is a premium VSOP. Expect a more elegant, floral, and intensely aromatic profile compared to blends. Look for dominant notes of violet, iris, and dried rose petals (classic Borderies hallmark), followed by ripe red grapes, plum, and a touch of orange peel. The palate is smooth and round, with flavors of baked apple, cinnamon, and a hint of walnut. The finish is long, dry, and remarkably floral.
