The Wine
Antichtone is a cuvée made from the Aligoté grape, combining three parcels, two planted by the grandfather in 1949 and 1953, and a third planted by Benoit in 2002. To control production and preserve the balance of the varietal, pruning is exclusively done using the Cordon de Royat method.


The Winery
Benoît Ente is a respected winemaker in Burgundy, particularly known for his exceptional Chardonnay from Puligny-Montrachet. He focuses on sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the unique terroir of his vineyards to shine through. Benoît's dedication to quality and precision results in wines that are elegant, balanced, and expressive, making them highly sought after by wine enthusiasts.
