The complex nose evolves from autumnal mushrooms and jammy fruit to precious wood and lobster bisque. Precise and clear on the palate, its creamy texture, acidity, and salinity create a sensation of purity. The lingering finish elegantly balances acidity, sparkle, and a delicate bitterness. Best served slightly chilled with shellfish, langoustines, or veal with mushrooms.
