Tasting Note: The 2020 Dry Riesling is yellow-fruited and fleshy, with dragon fruit, nashi pear, shortbread, quince and loquat, vanilla pod and stewed apples. The residual sugar that sits just on the palate is a perfect balance to the fruit, and the time in oak and on lees has imbued the wine with complexity and detail beyond measure. This is a superb wine, more exotic than the 2021, and it’s just so nicely proportioned. It ages gracefully and slowly, so do what you will but know the future is bright, should you choose to cellar it. 12% alcohol, sealed under Diam.
