Tasting Note: A richly colored robe, initially purplish, deepening to a profound ruby with age, ultimately revealing violet hues. The bouquet unfolds like a basket of red and black berries (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry), evolving into cooked prune, with peppery nuances, animal notes, underbrush, moss, and mushroom. This red Burgundy is vibrant on the palate, structured with a supple and rounded backbone. Its tannins and fruit engage in an intimate tête-à-tête where a firm chewiness balances the impulse of secondary aromas. With volume and flesh, it is, in a word: vinous.
