Tasting Note: The 2020 Mitolo Marsican Shiraz is an exceptionally concentrated and powerful McLaren Vale wine, displaying a deep, dark color and a complex bouquet of dark plums, black cherries, bramble, and blackberry jam, layered with notes of lavender, dried herbs, graphite, and earthy spice . The palate is equally impressive, offering a seamless, "liquid velvet" texture and a "slightly savoury chalky feel" with firm yet fine-grained tannins that lead to an intensely concentrated, long, and persistent finish.
