Winemaker Note: This delicious Shiraz has a gorgeous deep garnet colour and the nose is generous with blackcurrant, ripe plum and crushed tarragon. The palate is incredibly smooth with complex layers of black fruits, red berries and dark chocolate, all beautifully offset by a juicy acidity and a fine dry tannin. The tail is long and sensual. Match to pan-seared sirloin, grilled lamb cutlets or rare roast beef.
