Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow with green reflections. Elegant and expressive nose with aromas of white peach, lime zest, and green apple, complemented by hints of jasmine, flint, and wet slate. A beautifully balanced Riesling with vibrant acidity and a textured mouthfeel. Flavors of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), green apple, and a touch of exotic fruit unfold, underpinned by a strong mineral backbone. The finish is long, precise, and refreshing with a saline edge. Pairs well with oysters, sashimi, or light vegetarian dishes with citrus accents.
