Tasting Notes: Bright golden yellow. Aromas of ripe pear, quince, acacia honey, and a touch of white truffle. Subtle hints of dried fruits and baking spices (cinnamon, clove) add complexity.  Rich and full-bodied, with flavors of baked apple, apricot, and candied citrus. A silky texture is balanced by a fresh acidity and a lingering mineral-driven finish. Off-dry but not overly sweet, showcasing excellent balance. Pairs wonderfully with roasted poultry, mushroom-based dishes, or creamy cheeses like Comté.
