Winemaker Note: This small village dominating the Côte de Beaune gives us a pale yellow-coloured white wine with green hues. It can be distinguished by white flowers on the nose and an elegant and mineral finish.


The Winery
Domaine Matrot, located in the heart of Burgundy, is a family-owned winery with a history dating back to the early 20th century. Known for producing elegant and balanced wines, particularly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the estate practices sustainable viticulture. Their focus on minimal intervention allows the unique terroir of Meursault and surrounding appellations to shine through in each bottle.
