Tasting Note: Cesari 2016 Corvina Jèma is singed by tertiary aromas of toasted spice and sweet oak. There are layers of barbecue smoke, mahogany and cumin, and these rich aromas dovetail into inky black fruit. This is a bold expression with big textural richness over a short mid-palate. Jèma offers an extreme expression of the native Covina grape.
