Tasting Note: Intense dark ruby red with a blue tinge on the edge. On the first impression one smells red and black berries mixed with an elegant toasting. Swirrling the glass the aromas of red currant, blackberry, cherry mix with cigar box and graphite. On the palate the wine is well balanced with a good body. The taste is marked by cherry, plum, blackberry mixed with clove, chocolate, minerality and elegant toasting. The finish is long and pleasant due to the good balance of the alcohol, elegant tanins, ripe fruit and good acidity.
