Tasting Note: The bouquet is intense and fresh, with typical Saumur character as well as brioche, orange and lemon notes on the nose. Playful and round on the palate, this is a textured, elegant and refined Brut with white honey flavors and a well-balanced, round, aromatic and stimulatingly salty finish. The wine has good freshness and grip on the finish and goes well as aperitif as well as for lighter dishes with white meat, fish and certainly cheese. This is a really excellent sparkling wine.
