Tasting Note:
A beautiful example of aged Burgundy, this wine opens with complex aromas of dried red fruits, leather, truffle, and sous-bois (forest floor). The palate is mature, with silky tannins, notes of dried cherries, tobacco, and a hint of spice. The wine finishes with great length and elegance.

Winery:
Albert Morot, with its long history in Beaune, specializes in crafting wines from Premier Cru vineyards. The Toussaints vineyard is known for its structured yet refined Pinot Noir, which develops beautifully with age.
