Description

Tasting Note: Despite its recent disgorgement, it's already quite expressive, opening in the glass with notes of honeyed green orchard fruit, fresh bread and peaches. Medium to full-bodied, lively and vinous, it's more reserved on the palate, but it's beautifully balanced and displays promising depth at the core. With six months or more on cork, it should really start to sing.
