Founded in 1902 in Serralunga d’Alba,Rivetto is one of the few wineries in the region to embrace biodynamicfarming and a holistic approach to winemaking — guided by the belief thattrue quality comes from harmony between nature, people, and the land.

The dinner will be personally hosted by EnricoRivetto, the fourth-generation owner and winemaker, known for hisdeep passion for sustainable viticulture and his vision of making wines thatreflect authenticity, purity, and life itself.
