Winemaker Note: This Champagne, exclusively from Chardonnay grapes of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, is a meticulous blend of old vines, some dating back to 1911 and 1913. Primarily from Cramant Grand Cru vineyards (Le bateau, Les Terres des Buissons...), it includes Chouilly Grand Cru (Montaigu) and a touch of Cuis 1er cru (La Croix-Blanche) for characteristic freshness. The result is exceptionally smooth, elegant, and refined.
