Tasting Note: A poised and intensely mineral Chevalier-Montrachet, the 2024 opens with discreet white blossom, wet stone and green apple. The palate is taut and chiselled, with racing acidity, a strong saline throughline and a very long, focused finish. A wine of precision and restraint rather than opulence, it reflects the classic, high-acidity character of the 2024 vintage and will need several years in bottle to show its full depth.
