Tasting Note: This Crémant de Bordeaux is made by the méthode traditionnelle, following the Champagne Method. And illustrates French savoir-faire in crémant wine production.

It is an elegant wine with complexity, good length and fine bubbles.

The scent has hints of lime, orange and green mango. The taste is fresh and fruity with elegant bubbles and the second fermentation has created flavors of green apples, pears and brioche.
