Tasting Note: The latest rendition of Drappier's NV Rosé Nature Pinot Noir Zero Dosage André et Michel is rich and vinous, offering up aromas of sweet berries, white cherries and stone fruit, followed by a medium to full-bodied, fleshy palate. Enlivened by a pinpoint mousse and chalky phenolic structure that asserts itself on the finish, my score is nevertheless depressed by a certain heaviness that means this will perform better with a complementary dish than on its own.
