Winemaker Note: The nose immediately announces a lot of volume, it conveys a solar message: the Chardonnay bathes in its rays and it smells of nectarine and almost apricot, the garden in the sun, sweet spices, a great character that we guess is full-bodied! The palate is intense, concentrated, with a powerful effect of material: it is a white that we chew. The retro-olfaction delivers lively aromas of peach and spices that go as far as ginger. Its solar character reaches the palate and lasts until a splendid chalky and almost smoky conclusion.
