Regent Hong Kong's acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant, Lai Ching Heen, will host this exclusive wine dinner. Master Chef will craft an exquisite eight-course menu that harmonizes modern Cantonese delicacies with a curated selection of exceptional wines from the legendary Napa Valley estate.
