Tasting Note: A broad-ranging nose displays cool, airy and layered aromas of mineral reduction, white flowers, green apple, citrus and lovely spice nuances. There is outstanding volume to the rich, generous and punchy medium weight flavors that brim with both sappy dry extract and an almost pungent stoniness, all wrapped in a surprisingly powerful and hugely long finish that really fans out as it sits on the palate. Excellent and one to strongly consider.
