Winemaker Note: This Cramant Grand Cru Millésimé is a blend of approximately ten parcels of old vines (40 to over 100 years old) from this unique terroir, considered one of the Côte des Blancs' historic Grand Crus. Its silky texture, elegance, and depth are unparalleled. While Pierre Gimonnet & Fils typically blends different terroirs, this cuvée showcases the purity of Cramant, a departure from their usual style which incorporates Cuis 1er Cru for added freshness.
