Winemaker Note: Our Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru « les Pucelles » is a still, dry white wine with a complex nose (Violet, acacia, honey), that develops with maturity. In the mouth, it is absolutely harmonious, balanced and rather feminine. Its persistancy is aromatic and long.

The Winery

The Domaine's journey began with a devastating loss in 1983 when the three siblings suddenly lost their father. They took over the vineyard and approached winemaking with passion. With over 9 hectares of vineyard in Beaune, including Batard Montarchet, they honor the tradition of winemaking as a cherished inheritance. They craft wines distinguished by their precision by exercising minimal control in the vineyard and embracing traditional Burgundian methods.
