Tasting Note: A whiff of reduction doesn't mask the cooler underlying aromas of pear, apple, quinine and citrus zest. The round, delicious and slightly more vibrant flavors deliver excellent length if perhaps not quite the same depth on the zippier and slightly drier finish. This too is really very good for what it is.
