Description

Winemaker Note: Our Puligny-Montrachet village is a dry, still white wine. It is of a bright gold colour with greenish highlights, becoming more intense with time. This racy wine expresses a hint of honey and its aromas develop with maturity. In the mouth, it is fine and elegant, slightly mineral with a good aromatic persistence. Body and bouquet blend into a subtle harmony. It combines grace with a well-defined character and a remarkable concentration.


The Winery
The Domaine's journey began with a devastating loss in 1983 when the three siblings suddenly lost their father. They took over the vineyard and approached winemaking with passion. With over 9 hectares of vineyard in Beaune, including Batard Montarchet, they honor the tradition of winemaking as a cherished inheritance. They craft wines distinguished by their precision by exercising minimal control in the vineyard and embracing traditional Burgundian methods.
