Tasting Note: There is ample oak toast present on the ripe but agreeably fresh nose of mostly dark berry fruit, earth and softly spiced aromas. The attractively energetic and reasonably precise middle weight flavors possess solid depth on the mildly dusty but not really rustic finale, indeed this is on the refined side for a Nuits 1er from the middle of the commune.
